Peter Boyce II

Founder &
Managing Partner

Peter A. Boyce II is the Founder & Managing Partner of Stellation Capital. Prior to launching Stellation in 2021, Peter spent eight years as a Partner at General Catalyst. He joined GC in 2013 as one of the first two investment professionals based in their NYC office.

In addition to his work at General Catalyst, he also co-founded & advises GC Venture Fellows (fka Rough Draft Ventures): a program to support technology entrepreneurship on college campuses.

Peter is a graduate of Harvard University, earning a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and a Secondary in Computer Science. He also co-founded two student groups while at Harvard: Harvard Ventures & HackHarvard.

He grew up in New York City, where he graduated from Stuyvesant High School. He is proud to be a Ron Brown Scholar and to serve as a non-profit board member to support communities he is passionate about: The Shed, The Studio Museum in Harlem, The New Museum, NEW INC, and the Harvard College Fund - Executive Committee.

Original Venture: buying and selling Magic The Gathering cards and modding Xboxes.

Rhian Horton

Associate

Rhian joined Stellation in 2023 and leads sourcing, due diligence, portfolio company support, and platform management for the firm.

Prior to joining Stellation, Rhian worked as an associate at The Voleon Group and was an entrepreneur in her own right, serving as Chief Operating Officer and member of the founding team at JUV Consulting, a Gen Z marketing firm (acquired by United Talent Agency). Rhian graduated from Duke University where she studied Political Science, Economics, and Entrepreneurship.

She lives in Brooklyn and enjoys long-distance running, skiing, thrifting, classical poetry, and showing pictures of her two chihuahuas to her friends.
